4. User Conduct

6. Job Postings and Applications

6.1 For Candidates

• Applications are submitted directly to employers
• We do not guarantee job interviews or employment
• Employers may contact you directly regarding opportunities
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your application materials

6.2 For Employers

• Job postings must be legitimate and comply with employment laws
• You must not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• You are responsible for all communications with candidates
• We reserve the right to remove job postings that violate our policies

7. AI Matching Technology

Our AI-powered matching system analyzes resumes and job descriptions to suggest compatible opportunities. While we strive for accuracy, match scores are recommendations only and do not guarantee job fit or employment outcomes. Final hiring decisions are made by employers.

8. Fees and Payment

Currently, basic use of the Service is free for candidates. Employer services may require payment as specified in separate agreements. We reserve the right to:

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

We do not guarantee that candidates will receive job offers or that employers will find suitable candidates. We are a platform connecting parties and are not responsible for hiring decisions or outcomes.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of job postings, resumes, or other user-generated content.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberMind Connect LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberMind Connect LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
